I made this cookie dough because I haven’t been able to find a gluten-free bake at home cookie dough that yielded the chewy, crumbly, slightly crisp around the edges texture of a freshly baked cookie.  After many attempts and research and cookbooks I jumped for joy when I first tasted this cookie. I hope these cookies bring you and your family as much joy as they have mine. 🍪

Heavenly Cakes Gluten Free Flour, Allergy-Free Chocolate Chips, Butter, Pure Cane Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar,  Eggs, Pure Vanilla Extract, Salt, Baking Soda, Baking Powder
